Easy Installation
It is core factors that affect the led street lamp lifespans have three parts: LEDs, power supply and heat dissipation structures:
So it is very importanct for the housing dissipation design, if the housing have good dissipation, LEDs temperatures will be more lower, so street light keeps longer lifespan.
We will consider the housing weight, constructures, heat fins, thickness, and spaces, heat conductivity coefficient and many different factors, and use maximized ultilization of natural convection for heat disspation to prolong the lifespan.
Before lanuch the new design, we will make a lot of testing for the temperature and keep the finished products have assuring the lifespan.

A: This model led street light finished product regular lumen can reach 150~160lm/w, but also can be customized for more higher.

A: This model led street light heads can pass IP66, due to good design structure.
Q: Can you provide the IES files and optical distribution details?
A: Yes sure, we can provide IES file, as we have our own dark room for testing them

A： This model can put SPD and NEMA base, other smart controller we suggest other models, due to not enough space.
Q: What is the warranty for led street light heads?
A: We provide warranty as we promised time, the time from receiving the goods to the agreed time, if any quality problem, we will try our best to help solve, we will testing what is the real reason, and will send free accessories or finished products for compensation.
Q: Do you provide OEM/ ODM series?
A: Certainly, we are professional manufacturer for led street lamp, we have more than 15years experience and also we have 6 die cast aluminum machines, we can customized as per demands, just contact with our sales person.
Q: Can you provide lighting design plans and simulations?
A: We can provide lighting designs, we have design engineer and can design as per your thoughts, but we not provide simulations for the projects.
Q: Do you have MOQ and sample policy?
A: Usually our regular specifications products MOQ is 50PCS, but in order to support new client, we support samples order or trial order for testing at beginning, But if the OEM customized products MOQ need to confirm with us.
Q: What is delivery time for the sample and regular order?
A: Usually for the samples item our delivery time is 7-10days, For the regular orders our delivery time 20-25days
